The Peer review manager’s role is to: • Complete the necessary preparatory work prior to the start of the Peer Review.
This includes engaging with the client Council, members of the Peer team, as well as liaising with the Public Health Improvement team • Manage the process of the peer review with support of the peer review coordinator • Brief the team on the evening before the onsite dates • The Peer Challenge Manager will be present onsite during the entirety of the Peer Review and will carry out the responsibilities associated with their role. • Draw up a written report following the onsite review • Feedback to the Programme Lead
