The service is aimed to improve social emotional and mental health for children and young people living in Leeds through a locally delivered and integrated approach.<br/><br/>There is a core offer in every cluster consisting of:<br/><br/>· 1:1 work Around 6-8 sessions usually (up to a maximum of 12 sessions where required).<br/>· Staff consultation<br/>· Parent/Carer consultation pre and post the sessions (also pre / post consultation for the YP where appropriate)<br/>· Providing the mental health element of a holistic and integrated approach to assessment and support linked with cluster team that may include capacity to undertake Family Support work around parenting functioning and relationships.
