The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to notify the market of Places for London's intention to carry out early market engagement to assess the current market capabilities and appetite for the requirement.
Places for London, Transport for London's property company, formally known as Transport Trading Limited Properties (TTLP) is currently preparing a procurement strategy for the procurement of a strategic partner for the renewal of infrastructure within Places for London's (Places) car park portfolio.
Places' objective is to replace existing ageing infrastructure (lighting columns, lights heads and CCTV) with a range of solutions which will minimise; installation costs, operating costs, Carbon footprint (embodied and operational) along with the impact to customer parking provision and the associated revenue generated.
