Salisbury City Council wishes to engage a contractor to service and clean its public toilet facilities for a two year period, with an option for a further two years by agreement of both parties.
The City Council (a parish council) owns seven public toilet facilities. ‘Toilets’ mean all aspects associated with the facility including, ladies and gents; urinals; disabled/baby change units; all fixtures and fittings contained within the facility and the immediate exterior of the building including paved areas.
The toilets are all located within the city boundary and vary in size and facilities.
