SCC SS Collaborative Reablement Service
Surrey County Council is looking to procure a number of Collaborative Reablement Providers for their new Collaborative Reablement Service.
Surrey County Council’s Reablement Service can be described as a short term service delivered within the clients own home for up to 6 weeks focusing on re learning or developing new skills, regaining confidence and utilising personal strengths to maximise independence.
The Service responds to referrals from both the hospitals and also from the community teams.The procurement will be conducted under the Light Touch Regime inaccordance with Regs.
74-76 PCRs and will consist of 5 lots.
