Sheerness House
The Council is considering carrying out a procurement process for the ‘Design & Build’ of the following: To convert an existing 5 storey office block (lower ground, ground and three upper floors comprising 7884 sqft of internal space) known as Sheerness House, 41 Meadow Road, Kettering, NN16 8TL from office to residential use.
It is proposed that this will comprise of a mix of studios and apartments totalling 14 dwellings in all.
Existing and proposed scheme plans can be provided.
The Council envisages the procurement documents to be prepared and available early September with a view of the tenders being submitted within a short period of time.
In light of the Council’s wishes to engage with interested parties to see if they are willing to attend a site visit on either of the following days all between 9am and 5pm for the purpose of learning more about the site and what may be required: 24th,25th, 26th, 30th & 31st August 2016 If interested please contact Chris Bentley
