The market engagement was effective, a broad selection of interested Potential Service providers participated through qualitative questionnaire and raised clarification questions.
This approach allowed the Authority to gain some insights and test the market's capacity and capability to deliver the requirement as currently described.
The approach set out our initial thinking and has subsequently evolved in light of feedback received from the market, internally and lessons learned.
We have been working to further refine and develop our proposition.
