Following recent Planning approval, Thanet District Council intends to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the provision of construction works at Walpole Bay in the Thanet District.
The bidder will construct a beachfront development on the Hodges Gap lower promenade at Walpole Bay, Cliftonville, as part of the council's Regeneration Project Portfolio.
