Works provided under this Contract shall be sufficient to ensure that the (UoR) conforms to the Health and Safety at Work act 1974 etc.; The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulations 2002(as amended); "The Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems" (ACOP L8 2013) and the guidance documents HSG274.
