We are looking for an experienced provider to provide an innovative housing first support service.
To embrace a Trauma Informed Support approach to 5 Housing First tenants in Year One plus transitional support for 10 people moving on through the Hostel Move-on Scheme. (Subject to funding) Year two would add an additional 10 tenants under Housing First plus a further 10 people through the Hostel Move-on Scheme, meaning up to 35 tenants would be eligible for support depending on on-going need.
