The brief

The Council is seeking to establish a Dynamic Framework Agreement (DFA) - (under the Light Touch Regime - Schedule 3 Public Contract Regulations 2015) for the provision of Living Well At Home Services (LWAH) which will include Extra Care Housing.

Tenderers are invited to tender for inclusion on the DFA.

The Dynamic Framework Agreement will be for an initial term of three years (2022 - 2025) with an option for the Council to extend for up to a further three years (2025 - 2028).

The new contracts are anticipated to commence in January 2022.

Concurrently, the Council will also be awarding call off contracts for Extra Care Housing.

These will also be for an initial term of three years (2022 - 2025) with an option for the Council to extend for up to a further three years (2025 - 2028).

The DFA will have the flexibility to include additional and complimentary services, during the life of the Dynamic Framework Agreement in line with Regulation 72 of the Public Contract Regulation (2015).
