The Service will comprise of 4 service components: — Service Component 1 — Lead Provider Management function; — Service Component 2 — Open access across multiple channels (Triage model); — Service Component 3 — Pro-active awareness raising / education; — Service Component 4 — Specialist Advice/Casework.
