The A380 is a dual-carriageway and forms part of the main route to Newton Abbot and Torbay from Exeter and the M5.

The Ware Barton junction connects the A380 with the A381 Teignmouth Road and the A383 to Kingsteignton.

Telegraph Hill is the first part of the A380 from Splatford Split.

The Works comprise: Resurfacing and pavement reconstruction, bridge deck waterproofing and joint work, drainage works, vegetation clearance, works to replace vehicle restraint barrier, signing and lining.

The procurement was carried out under the Generation 3 Civil Engineering, Highways and Transportation Infrastructure Works Framework Two 2016 to 2020
