IN mArch 2018 the council invited tenders for a 3 year contract , this was not successfully tendered.
In the interim the council cannot afford to be without a contractor, therefor the incumbent provider was approached and a exceptions request sort to extend the contract by one year, during which the tender will be resubmitted.
