The brief

Leicester City Council is considering options to support the signposting and referral pathways component to the Healthy Conversations programme (otherwise known as Making Every Contact Count Plus) being delivered across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

This programme aims to provide staff with training and skills to improve their competence and confidence to raise conversations around health, wellbeing and encourage positive behaviour changes.

We are looking for an app based solution that allows staff to access local health information and allows them to signpost or refer 'service users' on to the correct support.

The app must therefore also be easy and quick for staff to navigate.

We are interested in understanding the market to see if the requirements outlined in section 3 can be met.

The Council are keen to seek market information from organisations that may have an interest or expertise in operating app systems for this purpose.

The information provided will be useful in helping inform and shape solutions to our requirements.
