The site presents an excellent development opportunity to repurpose significant quantum of space, and as such, Oldham Council are seeking to engage with potential partners to help shape and inform the optimum delivery strategy, one that will ensure the strategic objectives of the Council are delivered.

Oldham Council is undertaking this market engagement exercise to invite parties to consider the information provided and respond to a number of questions that will help shape and inform a delivery strategy.
