A meet the buyer event has been scheduled on Tuesday 27th June 2017 for Contractors to find out more details in regards to a procurement exercise to be undertaken for a Term Partnership Agreement for Housing Capital Programme Major Works The meet the buyer event is open to all suppliers that would like to understand more about this exciting contract opportunity.
Towards the end of 2017 Islington Council's Housing Department shall commence a large procurement exercise to appoint partnering contractors to help deliver its major refurbishment projects to its housing stock from April 2019 onwards.
The contract is likely to be up to 10 years long and valued at approximately £300million, which will potentially be split between three (3) contractors.
The Head of Islington's Capital Programme is holding this event to discuss this forthcoming procurement opportunity in more detail but, more importantly, would welcome the chance to exchange ideas and views on the best methods to deliver the project from the prospective of contractors and potential partners.
