The framework will include two lots, for each of the lots the Council require a single provider.
Lot 1 is for a young people's comprehensive counselling service; lot 2 if for a school and college health & wellbeing drop-in and opportunistic sexual health provision, including programme of health education and support to lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgender (LGBT) young people.
The provider/s will be permitted to sub-contract elements of the service where necessary, any use of sub-contractors will need express permission from Southampton City Council.
