West Northamptonshire Council 'the Council' has six leisure facilities which will be tendered in a contract to commence 1 April 2026.

The Council wishes to engage with the leisure operator market to better define the procurement process and to develop a commercially viable, community aware, high-quality management of the leisure services serving the needs of the local population.

This is purely a soft market test / pre-market engagement to enable the development of the services with leisure operators.

Please note there is no guarantee of being awarded a contract by replying, or not replying, to some or all of these questions.
