The scope of the proposed Contract includes: The supply of new equipment and maintenance of Grounds Maintenance and Arboriculture Equipment (including spares and servicing) mostly within the Preston area.
The collection, delivery and initial set up of new machinery.
Induction and basic training on the use of a new piece of machinery.
Community Gateway Association's operational base is in Preston Lancashire at Chain Caul Way Riversway.
On occasion machinery may be delivered to and collected from this location.
Whilst achieving best value in terms of service delivery, price and environmental sustainability.
Duration of the Contract It is envisaged for an initial period of 2 years, with an option to extend at CGA's sole discretion for a further 1 year, giving a total potential term of 3 years.
