Any damage to property caused by the contractor's employees or vehicles shall be the responsibility of the contractor who will be required to make any such damage good and at his own expense to the satisfaction of the Solutions SK.
No responsibility will be accepted for goods supplied and left at Solutions SK establishments if the contractor fails to obtain the signature off the person, or other authorised officer of goods supplied by the contractor.
