The Borough Council of Calderdale invites you to submit a Quote for a Professional Multi-disciplinary construction consultancy team for the proposed phase 2 works at their school.
Withinfields Primary School, Withinfields, Southowram, Halifax, West Yorkshire, HX3 9QJ.
The multi-disciplinary professional construction consultant will initially undertake a feasibility study RIBA Stages 0-2.
On satisfactory completion of RIBA Stages 0-2, and the option being approved, the commission will progress to RIBA stages 3-7.
A break clause will be inserted at the completion of stage 2.
