The brief

This is a prior information notice to indicate the Department for Education's future intention to procure a pool of Breakfast Club advisers through the Educational and Children's Social Professionals Dynamic Purchasing System.

These specialist advisers are intended to support schools on the Early Adopters test-and-learn phase of the Breakfast Club programme.

Advisers will use their expertise to provide guidance to schools on the Early Adopters scheme to maximise the quality of their provision, help schools navigate through delivery and share best practice.

We are interested in advisers from a broad range of skillsets and specialisms, including: - Programme and operational delivery - Finance and governance - Local Authority experience, particularly in their engagement with schools - Current Providers of breakfast clubs - Headteacher or school business manager experience - Other experience relevant to the running of school breakfast clubs If you or your organisation believe you possess relevant experience and skillsets to be a member of this pool of advisers, we encourage you to register on the ECSC DPS under Lot ECSC-09 Programme Design and Development Services, following the instructions attached to this PIN and to register your interest on SSQ_528 to receive further communication on the project as we move forward.
