Additionally, they will develop the concept of an arts trail in Crewe through to delivery, installation and launch.
There will be a need for engagement and consultation as well as community capacity building as the aim is to achieve cultural sustainability and growth in Crewe.
For absolute clarity, there is no flexibility in the budget or timescale.
