The Council requires a Contractor to undertake a mixture of both hard and soft landscaping requirements on Housing assets located in Dunstable, Houghton Regis and Leighton Buzzard.
We are looking for one contractor that can provide this service, along with the provision of sundry items, e.g., sustainable planters insertions of rotary washing lines, etc.
Works to include to complete landscaping works (where most of the materials have been purchased and requires the labour element and technical knowledge when operating near the roadside) and the ground clearance of a disused garage block that has become over-run by vegetation.
It will also require the demolition and removal of 5 individual garages in varying states of disrepair.
