The brief

Sandwell Council has recently submitted a Stage One Expression of Interest to the National Parklife Funding Programme.

The programme funded by The Department of Culture, Media and Sport, The FA, and The Premier League aims to provide thriving and sustainable community football hubs across England.

Sandwell Council require further evidence to support this Expression of interest.

Specifically, further evidence is required to assess the impact of Parklife 3G AGP hub sites on existing 3G AGP facilities located in neighbouring authorities, particularly the Black Country, in addition to a refresh of the PPS.

The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.
