The brief

Dstl would like to explore if Programmable User Planes (PUP) technologies and techniques can be utilised in a more dynamic, less reliable scenario such as those found in military deployed and tactical networks.

In particular, P4, IP framing and network telemetry are of interest, but Dstl are open to suggestions of other areas, within the province of PUPs, that could prove fruitful in providing benefit in solving some of the issues inherent in the scope of the MOD challenge.
