Bristol City Council is seeking to potentially re-tender District Heating Systems Planned and Reactive Maintenance and Associated Services and carry out Pre-Market Engagement activity by initiating a Soft Market Testing Exercise.
Properties in scope of the potential contract will cover 141 sites, including 40 multi-storey blocks that are part of district heating systems.
Services will potentially include: 1.
Weekly tests 2.
Planned and reactive maintenance 3.
Boiler servicing 4.
Cleaning 5.
Electrical testing 6.
Painting and 7.
