The brief

DWP has provisionally allocated £33m between 2022 and 2025 for the The Reducing Parental Conflict (RPC) Programme in the Poverty, Families and Disadvantage Directorate baselined budget from 2022 to 2025.

Challenge Fund 2 will build on the evidence and learning generated from Challenge Fund 1, to support the wider aims of the RPC programme to equip Local Authorities with products and/or services with the knowledge and tools to embed RPC support in local services as well as testing universal digital approaches.

The Delivery Partner (Supplier) is responsible for managing the End-to-End Grant Application and Monitoring & Compliance processes.

The Delivery Partner was secured through the procurement of a contract with the DWP with the purpose to manage the grant management process on DWP's behalf.
