The brief

Further to the previous Contracts Finder notice (ref. no: ECC001-DN703285-91535500) which was published on 15th December 2023 regarding this forthcoming sub-threshold procurement opportunity; Essex County Council ("the Council") would like to invite prospective providers to attend a market engagement event on Tuesday 23rd January 2024.

Please note that this event is due to be conducted online via MS Teams between 11:00 and 12:30.

During this market engagement event, the Council will present an update on the commissioning intentions in line with the anonymised feedback from the recent soft market test for this project alongside an opportunity to discuss the proposed scope of this service with the Council's representatives.

In addition, the Council will provide guidance to support prospective providers to engage with the forthcoming procurement alongside an overview of the Social Value considerations for this service.
