The brief

The project is for construction works associated with the refurbishment of public toilet facilities located in Silver Street, Cambridge.\r \r The works comprise the demolition of the existing above ground accessible toilet block that is replaced with a new above ground building housing accessible toilet facilities.

The existing below ground toilet facilities is to be stripped out and fully refurbished and remodelled with new sanitary ware, finishes and mechanical and electrical services provided to create male, female, and non-binary facilities.

The surrounding paved area will be repaired and made good as required.

There are associated connections to below ground drainage and mains services.\r
