Newcastle City Council is looking to establish a framework of 3 providers who can utilise city planning, air quality and transport-based data, scheme designs and rationale and present them in positive and engaging ways to the public and wider stakeholders.
Such visualisations and associated descriptions will be used to communicate and explain the rationale behind key decisions the Council makes in relation to its transport proposals, and must therefore present key data and information in an engaging way that is easy to understand while also helping to justify the rationale for decisions that are based on an evidenced need to improve our city’s infrastructure.
