The purpose of this Soft Market Testing exercise is to: i) Understand levels of interest in participation for potential new block bed contract/s for those who are homeless ii) Hear your feedback and suggestions on the proposed contract structure iii) Hear your feedback and suggestion for the social value considerations for this service.
