This tender specification seeks an organisation to take the project to the next stage of consolidation and performance.

A contract will be agreed upon and detailed to include and not restricted to: o Continuation of regular partnership steering group meetings o Extensive engagement/outreach to: o build stakeholder participation in the core steering group and wider open meetings o build awareness of the Town Centre Partnership Group o Approach should enhance the existing Town Centre Partnership and build individual and collective stakeholder/partnership capacity. o Group should be inclusive and represent a wide range of stakeholders within the town. o Project management and facilitation of Town Centre Marketing project (Appendix 1). o Demonstrate how you will measure success and impact of support. o Identify and/or activate any further opportunities to build ownership and collective capacity in the town.
