Nottinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service is seeking to procure a new Level 5 Leadership and Management Development programme with a planned first delivery for Autumn 2017.
The programme is broadly intended for new middle managers within the organisation.
It may also be delivered to existing middle managers dependant on individual development needs.
