The City of Liverpool College are going out to tender for a capital project to review the efficiency of its BMS system and to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements (5 months maximum) .
This opportunity also includes a 2nd lot for the ongoing planned and reactive maintenance of the BMS system.
This 2nd lot is for an initial 2-year period (commencing 1st August 2023) with the option to extend for up to two further years with one year increments.
