E-Payments System - Soft Market Test
Somerset Council is in the South West of England, an elected local government authority responsible for the local government services in most of the county.
The Council provides a wide range of services, including education (schools, libraries and youth services), social services, highway maintenance, waste collection & waste disposal, emergency planning, consumer protection and town and country planning.
Having recently merged to a Unitary authority we are currently running 5 contracts across 3 suppliers and wish to consolidate these.
Some of the contracts include income management systems and some do not.
Somerset Council seek to procure an e-Payment solution that is PCI DSS compliant and that delivers an excellent customer experience/journey.
We are also seeking to procure an income management system, which may or may not be part of a single end to end e-Payment solution.
