A PIN was published on 02nd August 2023 to inform the market that Derby City Council is intending to carry out a procurement exercise to procure a large-scale mobility hub with clean refuelling for Derby.
We want to engage with the market in a proposed large scale mobility hub and clean refuelling site at Megaloughton Lane, Derby.
This document sets out our own initial ambitions for the site, but we are open to the exploration of additional ideas.
We are seeking a delivery partner or partners with sufficient capital and expertise to help us collaboratively realise the project.
