The Lancashire & South Cumbria Transforming Care Partnership (TCP) are looking to work with an individual consultant or an organisation with knowledge and experience of supported housing to enable them to develop a Housing Strategy and Action Plan..
The TCP Housing Strategy and associated action plan will relate to people with a learning disability, autism or both who will or may require accommodation, including care and support following an inpatient stay, or to prevent a potential long term admission to inpatient services.
Responses to the brief should be made by e mail no longer than 6 sides of A4 by 29th September 2017 12pm.
Your response should outline: • Proposal outlining how you would approach the contract • How you would develop a robust market place with a range of providers • How you will ensure the strategy is inclusive for all providers • Methodology and timescales • Relevant experience outlining similar projects • Breakdown of costs.
As an addendum: • A CV for the consultant(s) highlighting their experience and skills, days allocated to the project and daily rates. • Two referees Responses to be sent to mlcsu.tenders@nhs.net FAO Sophie Riding The successful bidder will be notified by Friday 6th October 5pm, with a view to the work starting in the following 2 weeks.
