Norwich City Council requires a single supplier to provide structural and civil engineering maintenance and repair works to tenanted low rise properties which are being managed by NPS Norwich Ltd - Property Services Team.\n \n Maintenance and repair works are required to a range of structural defects which relate to (but may not be limited to): -\n \n The works are to the access decks/landings and staircases of twelve separate residential low rise blocks within Godric Place Estate.
All blocks will remain occupied for the duration of the works. \n \n The works includes replacement of existing timber and precast concrete stair flights with steel staircases and steel supports including the provision of temporary staircases to enable the works. \n \n In addition, works also include demolition of existing bin enclosures repairs and over coating of external reinforced concrete access decks/landings and soffits, new galvanised steel railings/balustrading to access decks and staircases fitted with 'warm feel' handrail capping's and repairing cracks in brickwork.
