The Council requires a supplier for the provision of a Summative Assessment to evaluate the processes and outcomes of the Ward End Park Lakeside Renewal Project.
The Council requires an independent project evaluation to be undertaken in line with the ESIF-GN-1-033_ ERDF_ Summative_ Assessment_Guidance.
The Summative Assessment consultant will evaluate the works and the targeted outcomes and impacts of the programme.
As part of this process the consultant will evaluate the progress of the project and report on their findings throughout the duration of the project with the final report to be issued to the client at the end of the scheme.
The report will be presented in accordance with the ESIF Summative Assessment Guidance referred to above and incorporate evaluation criteria of partner funding organisations.
This contract will be for a period of 8 months commencing 28th November 2022 until 27th July 2023.
The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
