With our growth towards Net Zero, SSEN Transmission are looking to award a multi lot geographically split Minor Maintenance Framework contracts to maintain our sites to high standards.
Within the Contracts, we are looking for contractors who will manage – Defect correction and planned maintenance across 180 sites.
What we are looking for: Local construction companies with the knowledge and expertise to undertake our works within our safety systems.
An example but not exhaustive list of works covered under this framework would be: • General Building Work • Roofing works, flat and pitched • Plumbing & Drainage systems • General Building Work • Fencing • Metal & fabrication works • Painting & Decoration • Joinery & Carpentry • Bricklaying • Cladding • Plastering • Groundworks • Mechanical & electrical in conjunction with general building works • Large Doors Overhaul • Winter maintenance With an expected total Contact value across all lots and suppliers of up to £5.5 million (approx.
£30k per site) this gives the opportunity for small new to SSEN contractors to deliver these essential maintenance works on sites all over Scotland.
