The Greater London Authority (GLA) is seeking a supplier to deliver a twelve (12) month programme of activity to support City Hall funded adult skills providers meet two (2) of the mayor's expectations set out in the Skills Roadmap for London, for providers to: Be good employers that are inclusive and representative of the communities they serve Meet or work towards the Mayor's Good Work Standard, including becoming an accredited Living Wage employer paying the London Living Wage (LLW).
The expected outputs from this programme are: A twelve (12) month programme of tailored support for Twenty (20) adult skills providers, including workshops, coaching and 1:1 support An evaluation of the effectiveness of the programme, and the progress made by providers over the twelve (12) month period.
