A combination of flexibility and value for money in their contracting of the two new data centre colocation facilities over a period of 5 years with the option to extend for a further two 12 month period subject to the Council's discretion.
The tender will be split into two lots: • Lot 1: Local Data Centre (maximum 2ms response time) • Lot 2: Non-Local data centre (maximum 7ms response time)
