The brief

Frameworks Scotland 3 is a national framework for Scotland for the delivery of publicly funded construction projects.

The framework will enable organisations to access Principal Supply Chain Partners (PSCP) to support the delivery of construction, refurbishment & maintenance projects throughout Scotland.

The new framework will support collaboration, best practice development, design and delivery of construction & infrastructure projects and strategies at national, regional and local levels.

It will respond to respond to recent issues such as those identified in the Cole report, will incorporate industry best practice and will demonstrate value for money to customers.

It is intended that the Authority, Health Improvement Scotland NHSScotland Health Boards, Special Health Boards, Integrated Joint Boards (IJB’s) and other organisations providing health and social care services operating in Scotland (collectively the "customers") will be entitled to call off the Framework.
