With the optional inclusion, on a call-off basis of: Project management, design and build, refurbishment/fit-out works at additionally required accommodation (UAC, additional staff accommodation); and TFM at additionally required accommodation (UAC, additional staff accommodation); and subsequent dilapidations review/ works at the culmination of our lease at One Brindley Place and at additionally required accommodation (UAC, additional staff accommodation).
