The scope of this project is to seek one or more service providers across all lots to deliver free holiday provision, enriching activities for children who receive benefits-related free school meals and other target groups, in the form of a Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF).
Service providers will have to facilitate the delivery of Healthy Food Programme, food provided by City Wide Food programme within Hull City Council HAF service.
Service providers will need to ensure staff/volunteers have appropriate food hygiene training as detailed within the specification.
The Government has now confirmed a three-year programme of funding to deliver the HAF programme at the Easter, summer, and Christmas school holidays.
