The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) is an Arm’s Length Body of the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC). <br/>One of the services the NHSBSA provides is the England Infected Blood Support Scheme (EIBSS) to support people historically infected with hepatitis C and/or HIV from NHS blood or blood products.

We also help families, civil or long-term partners after the death of someone infected.<br/>An element of the support EIBSS provides to those infected and affected is to provide a specialist benefits and welfare advice service to maximise the State Benefit income of people who are supported by the EIBSS.<br/>NHSBSA is seeking interest from potential suppliers to bid for a contract to provide specialist advice to beneficiaries of the scheme on welfare and benefit rights and related queries.
