Local Authorities now have new statutory responsibilities under the new Domestic Abuse Act which came into statute in April 2021.
Hartlepool Borough Council wishes to meet these duties in relation to domestic abuse for victims, perpetrators and children through commissioning services to help reduce the incidents and impact of domestic abuse.
Lot 1 - The Contractor will provide domestic abuse services for adults and children that are integrated and deliver holistic support to the whole family.
Lot 2 - The Contractor will provide a therapeutic service to children and young people aged from 4 – 18 who have experienced domestic abuse.
