During its term this Framework may be utilised by Network Rail Limited and other DfT OLR Holding's Limited Train Operating Company (TOC) subsidiary companies i.e.
London North Eastern Railway (LNER), SE Trains Limited (SET), plus any other TOC's that join DOHL during the initial term of the Framework and subsequent extension.
